Owner and President Margie Hofberg has been a mortgage industry leader for over three decades and was the founding president of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals. With a background in Education, Margie enjoys guiding her clients—especially first-time homebuyers and people going through life transitions—through the complex mortgage process. Trained in Collaborative Practice, Margie has become an expert to whom many attorneys, financial experts, and mental health professionals turn when their divorcing clients need creative mortgage solutions.

Margie Hofberg
President
Margie combines superb client relations with comprehensive expertise in the mortgage industry. With her background in education, she applies her teaching skills every day, guiding her clients through the best mortgage options for any given financial situation and life stage. Her approach is professional, knowledge-based, and empathic. Clients at all levels of income and credit feel comfortable with Margie’s practical advice and caring demeanor during a stressful period. As a result, she develops long-term relationships with her clients, who rely on her as a friend and trusted advisor. In 2005, Margie trained in Collaborative Practice and has become an expert to whom many attorneys, financials, and mental health professionals turn when their divorcing clients need a mortgage. She is also the founding president of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Troy Ford, Jr
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager at RMC, Troy combines his strong communications and people skills with his interest in business and the mortgage industry. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Before joining RMC in 2015 as a loan processor, Troy worked for Wells Fargo in their loan servicing division.
