100% Financing Program

As we were preparing for our Homebuying 101 dinner and seminar this Wednesday, March 26, we were reminded that our Community Combo mortgage program is amazing. Here are the highlights:

• 100% Financing- 80% first mortgage + 20% second mortgage
• The same rate and term for both loans
• No mortgage insurance
• You do not need to be a first-time homebuyer
• Income must be $122,000 or under (this does not need to include bonus or commission income)

All of this with no bump in rate from other 30-year fixed rate programs. Also, you can put some money down. For example, if you wanted to put down 5%, you would do an 80% first mortgage and a 15% second mortgage.
