100% Financing is Back
This past week, I signed up with a new lending partner because they offer a very useful portfolio mortgage product: 100% financing.
How to Qualify for 100% Financing
Here are the qualifying criteria:
- Purchase only
- Maximum qualifying incoming in the DMV – $122,000/year
- Single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums
- Minimum credit score 620
- You do not need to be a first-time homebuyer
Financing Structure
The structure of the financing is:
- 80% first mortgage: 30-year fixed
- 20% second mortgage (can be less than 20% if the client prefers) 30-year fixed rate at the same rate as the first mortgage
- No mortgage insurance
