100% Financing is Back

This past week, I signed up with a new lending partner because they offer a very useful portfolio mortgage product: 100% financing.

How to Qualify for 100% Financing

Here are the qualifying criteria:

  • Purchase only
  • Maximum qualifying incoming in the DMV – $122,000/year
  • Single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums
  • Minimum credit score 620
  • You do not need to be a first-time homebuyer

Financing Structure

The structure of the financing is:

  • 80% first mortgage: 30-year fixed
  • 20% second mortgage (can be less than 20% if the client prefers) 30-year fixed rate at the same rate as the first mortgage
  • No mortgage insurance
