Home Buying 101 Seminar

RMC will be hosting a Home Buying 101 seminar at 6pm on March 26 at 1510 U St NW in conjunction with many of the sports leagues we sponsor. Although many of the attendees will be our players, it is open to all, so if you or your friend or child is interested in buying a home in the next year, we hope that you can join us. The focus of the evening will be to highlight mortgage products that help first-time homebuyers and dispel the myth that you need to save for a 20% down. We will have a realtor with us to answer questions about the DC market. We will also talk about what you can do to put yourself in the best position to buy once you are ready.

Condo Market

One interesting trend I have noticed is that the condo market is softening. Many condos are selling without competition and for below list price. From what I have seen, it is a great time to buy a condo in the DMV. If you need help navigating the home buying process, feel free to contact me.
