RMC Family

It is with great excitement that I am sharing with you that RMC is welcoming a new member to our team, Patrick Brende. Patrick will start on February 2 as a loan originator, and not only is he smart, detail-oriented, engaging, and creative, but he is also my son-in-law. So, I really meant it when I wrote that RMC is increasing its family! And don’t worry. This does not mean that I am planning to retire anytime soon.

In fact, quite the opposite. Troy, Patrick, and I just spent the last week in Orlando at a National Association of Mortgage Brokers conference. We came back from the conference with an almost overwhelming number of new ideas for processing systems, state-of-the-art vendors, and marketing ideas.

New Year, New Ideas

For me personally, it was a terrific way to start the year as well as to integrate a new employee. Troy and I have been on our own since Steve died, and we have gotten a little too comfortable with our ways. So, I am excited to implement some new ideas and strategies for helping our clients.
