Introducing Homebuyer Advantage Plus
I am excited to introduce a new program we are offering called Homebuyer Advantage Plus. The program allows clients to buy with as little as 3% down and no mortgage insurance!
Here are some of the details:
- 97% Financing
- Must be used for the purchase of a primary residence
- No mortgage insurance
- A limited credit history may be acceptable. If no credit score is available, nontraditional credit, such as rent, utilities, cell phone, or cable payments, can be used.
- Borrower income restrictions apply – for the DMV, the annual income limit is $122,320
The Homebuyer Advantage Plus program is groundbreaking.
