As many of you know, 20 years ago, I started “specializing” in working with people going through separation and divorce. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of clients look at options for dividing the equity in the marital home as well as buying a home for the next chapter of their lives. I have also developed several workshops and trainings around separation, divorce, and the marital home.

Making the Most of Your Next Chapter

This September, I have been invited to be a panelist for a different program – Making the Most of Your Next Chapter. This event is for clients and friends figuring out how to thrive in the next chapter of their lives after separation, divorce, or loss.

You and your friends or colleagues are welcome to join us for relaxing yoga, some light bites, and a panel discussion. The discussion will include a financial advisor, mental health professional, family lawyer, and mortgage professional (me!). The talk will focus how to make the most of your life post marriage.

Homebuying 101 Seminar

I will still be sharing information for those going through separation and divorce, as well as my Homebuying 101 seminar this September and October.

This is the time of year when everyone goes back to school. New backpacks and lunch boxes are revealed. Like many of you, I have one (grandson) entering Montgomery County schools as a kindergartener. As a MoCo school graduate myself, it feels very special.

I know this is a crazy week for many of you, so enjoy the moments you can!
